SolarConnect – The Ultimate Remote Power & Communication Solution

SolarConnect is a flexible, reliable, and essential solution for powering and monitoring hard-to-reach field devices such as booster pumps, flow meters, and many other remote assets. Designed for locations without access to mains power or wired communication, SolarConnect uses a solar-charged battery system and long-range radio communication to deliver seamless integration with new or existing control systems — or to operate completely standalone.

SolarConnect uses high-efficiency solar panels to charge an onboard battery bank, which then powers the control panel and communications equipment. This makes it the ideal solution for remote or off-grid installations where traditional power supply and cabling are not practical.

Solar System

Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP – Seamless Compatibility

SolarConnect supports both Modbus RTU (serial) and Modbus TCP (Ethernet), giving it the flexibility to communicate with virtually any industrial instrument or smart device, including:

  • Flow meters

  • Booster and submersible pumps

  • Pressure and level sensors

  • Water quality analyzers

  • Motor drives (VFDs)

  • Remote I/O modules

Configurable Digital & Analog I/O

The system features highly configurable input and output channels, enabling SolarConnect to interface with both legacy and modern equipment. These include:

  • Digital Inputs for monitoring pump run status, fault signals, switches, alarms, and dry-contact sensors

  • Digital Outputs for controlling relays, pump starters, solenoids, or remote equipment

  • Analog Inputs (4–20 mA, 0–10 V) for precise measurement of pressure, level, flow, temperature, and other instrumentation

  • Analog Outputs for controlling proportional devices such as VFDs or modulating valves

This versatility allows SolarConnect to serve as a remote RTU, pump controller, or sensor hub — all powered by solar energy.
